What does the US Constitution mean to me?
The constitution means I'm allowed to worship who I want
It's ok to bare firearms so I don't feel taunt
It means I'm free to speak however I would like
Also so “we the people” can go on strike
Me only being thirteen and haven't lived that long
I can see where your coming from and you trying to prove me wrong
I might not know a lot of facts about the constitution
But at least I can stay what it means to me without confusion
To me the constitution means I can worship god the father, jesus christ
and the holy ghost
It means I can feel protected in my own home without an unwelcome
host
I have the right to protect my items without your consent
If you want to search my stuff I'm going to have to see a warrant
I have a young and tender heart
As stated in the eighth amendment, ”Excessive bail shall not be required,
nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments
inflicted.
So if you try to do something cruel and unusual to someone I hold
dear
I have the right to stand up for them and cheer
Overall I would like to say thank you for the constitution
Because I have multiple solutions
To how I can protect myself and other I love and care
I'm allowed to say my prayers
